My Story

I was born and raised in Mesquite, Texas. In May of 2008, I remember going to the theaters to see Iron Man 1. I remember quite well because I threw a tantrum about not wanting to go see a movie about some robot. Little did I know that seeing this single movie would change my life and set me on a path towards discovery. I remember being in awe seeing some genius inventor build an armored suit that could do a myriad of cool things such as fly, shoot repulsors, use an integrated missile system, and interact with the renowned artificial intelligence, Jarvis. This movie fostered a sense of curiosity in me. I became curious as to how the things around me function and how they were created. Later in high school, did I discovery that I wanted to become a Mechatronics engineer.

Throughout my high school and college years I have acquired a variety
of skills. I have acquired a deep understanding in programming languages such as Python, C/C++. In regards to electronics, I have learned the foundations of circuit analysis. This comprises a knowledge of knowing how to physically create digital and analog circuits and in Multisim. Furthermore, I have acquired proficiency in generating electrical schematics and printed circuit boards (PCB) using an ECAD software named Altium. In addition, I have familiarity with microcontroller applications and computer architecture. As far as the mechanical side, I have deepened my knowledge and intuitiveness in physics through classes such as mechanics (statics), product development with Creo, and mathematical modeling of mechatronics and dynamic systems.

My primary interests are in automation and embedded systems integration in products and systems. The world of automation and embedded systems progresses each and every day as newer and better systems and products are developed. My desire is to be a part of this progression towards newer and better technology using automation and embedded systems.
